The 2026 edition of the IEEE Visual Communications and Image Processing (VCIP) Conference will be held in Singapore during December 13–16, 2026.
The Organizing Committee of VCIP 2026 invites proposals for tutorials as part of the main conference program. Selected tutorials will be held on the first day of the conference (December 13). Tutorials addressing topics relevant to the conference and of interest to the broader visual communications and image processing community are encouraged.
Proposal Format
Tutorial proposals should be in PDF format and include the following information:
- Title
- Presenters: Names, affiliations, contact information (email and postal address), and a short bio for each presenter.
- Description: A description of the tutorial topic, providing the scope and depth of the tutorial, along with a tutorial outline.
- Expected audience: The background of the target audience needed and the anticipated number of attendees.
- Recent publications: A list of recent publications relevant to the tutorial topic from the speakers in the past 3–5 years.
- Relevance: The importance and timeliness of the proposal, and its relevance to the conference as well as to researchers and engineers.
- Previous editions: If the tutorial has been given before, indicate where and when, and whether and how it will be modified for VCIP 2026.
- Presentation material (optional): A draft of the presentation material to be distributed to tutorial participants is encouraged for review.

Submitted files are securely stored via Cloudflare R2. A confirmation will be shown on screen once your proposal has been received.
