    VCIP 2026 Conference

The 2026 edition of the IEEE Visual Communications and Image Processing (VCIP) Conference will be held in Singapore from December 13–16, 2026.

VCIP 2026 will explore emerging technology frontiers and new use cases in visual signal processing and communications, fostering discussion on the future of both technologies and applications. Continuing the tradition of previous editions, VCIP 2026 provides a premier forum for researchers, engineers, and professionals from academia and industry worldwide. The program will feature oral, poster, and plenary sessions, along with special sessions, demo sessions, and tutorials.

Paper Submission

Prospective authors should submit full-length papers (4 pages + 1 optional page for references only) in the two-column IEEE format available at the VCIP 2026 website. Paper submission implies the intent of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper live (not remotely) if accepted. VCIP reviewing is double-blind (do not provide information and links to websites that may identify the authors in the paper). Regular papers presented at the conference will be included in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore. High-quality papers will be recommended to IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology (TCSVT) for journal extension.
