Paper Submission

Prospective authors should submit full-length papers (4 pages + 1 optional page for references only) in the two-column IEEE format available at the VCIP 2024 website. Paper submission implies the intent of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper live (not remotely) if accepted. VCIP reviewing is double-blind (do not provide information and links to websites that may identify the authors in the paper). High-quality papers will be recommended to IEEE Trans. CSVT for journal extension.
